Q If I send in my photo, will I get it back?
A Yes. We scan the image, make adjustments and send it with your order.

Q I have a family photo but I only want to use 2 faces, can you do that?
A Absolutely. We are well versed in photo work and can make just about any adjustment necessary

Q Can I get my new jewelry wet?
A Yes. This is one of the best parts. It can be worn in the shower, to the beach, even dipped in silver cleaner withouit harm.

Q Do you accept returns?
A Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Q What is the best type of photo to use?
A We suggest good lighting first and foremost. Think of it this way: it's a small space, all you really want is the face. We do all of the touch up and cropping for you to make it look as perfect as possible but a good, clean photo with good lighting is a great start!

Q How do I clean my jewelry?
A A daily clean with warm sopay water is helpful to keep the coating clear. An occasional dip into silver cleaner restores the silver to its bright shine. In the studio, we use Connoisseurs brand (available at Target's jewelry counter, red bottle). Yes, it is safe to dip the entire piece of jewelry. A jewelers 2 step cloth can also be used.
