Q - What happens if I get my jewelry wet?

Your new jewelry can be worn in the shower, the pool and be cleaned with soap and water. The protective coating is waterproof.

Q - Can my necklace / bracelet be sized?

Yes. Each piece comes in a standard size but can be sized to your specifications by your local jeweler. If you need extra links, please just ask, we'll be happy to send them to you.

Q - Do I get my original photo back?

Yes. We simply scan your photo and then return it to you with your new jewelry. We do suggest trying to send the digital file of the photo in high resolution though.

Q - What is the best way to clean the silver?

We suggest a product called Dazzling Brilliance (Target, jewelry quiosk). Your jewelry can be safely dipped in this for 10 seconds at a time and washed immediately. This will not harm the photo.

Q - Once you have the photo, how long does it take to create my jewelry?

Normal production time is 2 to 3 weeks. Holidays are likely to create longer wait times. If you have a date you need your piece completed by, please make arrangements with us in advance to ensure that your new jewelry will arrive on schedule.

Q - Can the photo be removed once it is set?

No. Once the photo is sealed, it is designed to stay in place permanently. If you feel like you may be adding an additional family member soon, consider selecting a piece that we can add additional charms to later.
