Our Process Once your order has been placed and we receive your photo, the magic begins. We take this part very seriously. To us, it's not just about creating jewelry. This is an heirloom that we hope will bring tears to your eyes when you open it. We start with your photo. Each one is carefully examined and adjusted so that it's fullest potential shines through. We remove any spots or blemishes, just a basic touch up. Then we convert the photo to black and white (if requested). The photo is then inserted into the jewelry and a glass-like coating is hand applied insuring your jewelry will stand the test of time. We do not send out jewelry that does not contain a photo. If your photo requires more than just alittle touch up or you would like a special photo created from more than one image, this service is available.
